Services

We offer our training program to everyone whether they are a novice with no knowledge of combat sports, someone who is looking to simply keep fit or learn an applicable self-defence or someone who wants to pursue this as a competitive sport.

Each session content varies upon the type of member, for example a beginner session will be suited for beginners who have none or minimal experience with combat sports or martial arts. A kids session is designed for children and a mixed ability session is suited to anyone with some experience and wants to challenge there fitness.

For Adults
The adult sessions are designed for adults over 18 years and older and include a warm-up, stretching, technique work, pad work, some light sparring (this is optional) and some core training occasionaly with apparatus including medicine balls and/or light free weights.

For Kids
The sessions are engineered around the type of person and their ability, therefore a kid’s session includes a warm-up, stretching, technique work, pad work, fun and games fitness, which certainly keeps them amused and helps develop their overall fitness.
