We understand that when trying something new or thinking about changing training styles or camps it can be a little daunting. So we’ve made a list of questions with answers that we feel may help you overcome this feeling and take the step in coming and starting something that may physically, mentally and positively change your life.

:: Am I fit enough to do this?
Training at our sessions does not require you to have an expected level of fitness, thats what we're here to do, we aim to get you fit.

 

:: What's the minimum age?
The minimum age we train is 5 years old, however at our discretion.

 

:: Do you teach beginners?
Yes, we have sessions for all levels.  A list of our sessions is available here.

 

:: Where are you located?
We have sessions in and around Ilford.  For further details, please see here.

 

:: Which session can I come to?
We have various sessions for adults, children, for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.  A list of our sessions are available here.  If you are uncertain about the most suitable session please contact us for advice and information.

 

:: How much are your sessions?
Our session prices vary, depending on the session that you are attending and can start from as little as £5.00 per session, this is dependant upon age and experience. Find out more about each of the sessions or contact us for further information.

 

:: Can I bring a friend?
Yes of course, feel free to bring a friend.

 

:: Do I need to pre-book?
No, feel free to pop down to any relevent session apart from the Sunday Advanced session between 11.00am - 12.00pm, this is by invite only. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us via telephone beforehand or simply drop us an email.

 

:: Is there parking?
Yes, we have free parking at all our locations.

:: What happens in a session?
Session content varies depending on the session you come to, but involves warm up, stretching, step free, bag/pad work and core training, amongst other exercises.

 

:: What do I need to bring?
For your first session, we recommend wearing shorts/leggings and a t-shirt, and bringing a bottle of drinking water.

 

:: Do I need any equipment?
No equipment is needed when you first attend, we will provide you with everything you need for your first few sessions.  We will inform you when you need to get anything specific to equip you in your training.

 

:: What facilities do you have?
All our locations have FREE car parking on site, separate male and female washrooms and full use of our training equipment until you purchase your own.

 

:: How many times a week can I train if I'm a beginner?
We suggest easing into at least one session per week, after which you can train as often as you like. If you have a fairly good fitness level then adults and kids can train up to 3 times a week.

 

:: Do you offer one to one sessions?
Yes, we do offer one to one sessions, please contact us for further information.

 

:: Do you do competitions?
Yes, we do participate in ring sport for those who wish to pursue it, however competing is voluntary.
