Our class prices vary, depending on the class that you are attending and can start from as little as £6.00 per class. Find out more about each of the classes or contact us for further information.
:: Do I need to pre-book?
No, feel free to pop down to any relevent class apart from the Sunday Advanced class between 11.45am - 12.30pm, this is for our advanced level students. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us via telephone beforehand or simply drop us an email.

:: Do I need any equipment?
No equipment is needed when you first attend, we will provide you with everything you need for your first few classes. We will inform you when you need to get the specific equipment for your training. A list of the equipmwnt required can be found here.
:: How many times a week can I train if I'm a beginner?
We suggest easing into at least one class per week, after which you can train as often as you like. If you have a fairly good fitness level then adults and kids can train up to 3-4 classes a week.
