The classes are structured and caters for beginners all the way up to a very high standard. The team and all the attendees are great and very easy going. Saying that you are worked super hard and can guarantee yourself a solid training session.

ABSOLUTELY amazing atmosphere at this club couldn't have felt more welcome by the instructor as well as the support staff, it can be very overwhelming finding a good martial arts club but I was recommended this place by a friend and I'm so glad I went
